Alex :)

One of my co-workers Alex has been doing an exceptional job lately. I've noticed many positive qualities she has; a big one for example is her compassion for each individual child. We always have kids falling down, getting bumps and bruises, and here comes Alex ready to patch up their scrapes. Not only does she take care of their physical needs, she also is very good when our kids have emotional issues. She is always mindful of how she speaks to each child, and is very wise when consoling them. I really appreciate Alex and all of the wonderful assests she brings to our team of Americorps. Props to you Alex and keep up the awesome work!! - Julia
